Shoe sizes conversion table:
Any two dimensional measuring tool like a ruler is only an approximation of your size. Across different manufacturers the lasts and patterns vary slightly so sizing may also vary as a result. We recommend you try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles and uppers first to test the fit before wear.
If you're looking for a ladies ankle boot that is both versatile and comfortable, then the polished blue Chelsea brogue boot is for you. Hand crafted in Marche from the best quality leather, this hand burnished boot can be worn in a variety of settings with a huge range of outfits.
Chelseas have a long history in British culture. In fact, one of the first (and most famous) women to wear Chelseas was Queen Victoria. It was her shoemaker, J.Sparkes-Hall who designed the first pair of Chelseas following the invention of vulcanised rubber. This rubber was used to create the first side gussets and pull tab, enabling a slip on and slip off motion.
The Chelsea brogue is a step up from a classic Chelsea as it also features beautiful delicate broguing across the rounded toe. These perforations are eye catching yet stylish and understated. The sole is incredibly hardwearing and is made from black rubber to maximise grip and durability. There's also black side gussets which are both breathable and designed to ensure optimal comfort.
Unlike some other ladies ankle boots on the market, this one does not have any tricky or fiddly buckles, laces or zips. At the end of a long day at the office, you can slip your boots off using the pull tabs and put your feet up.
If you'd like to wear this boot like Kate Moss or Gwyneth Paltrow, we recommend pairing blue brogue Chelsea boots with slim denim jeans, a button up long sleeved cream blouse and blue blazer for a casual everyday look. Remember, slim jeans can tuck into the boot to really showcase its broguing detail. But if you fancy showing this boot off at your next board meeting, pair with opaque black leggings or tights, a navy business dress with black leather belt and silver watch.
